What it is

In order to guarantee the quality of congress services it is essential to ensure the success of a destination; total quality of the territory can only be attained by emphasizing quality of the individual services.

The CBRR's final objective is to guarantee to the client quality of the whole system at any time and in any situation.

This is why the Convention Bureau of the Riviera di Rimini has given life to the "Rimini per i congressi" project, whose first phase endeed in June 2002 has run for the definition of the Standard di Qualità dei Servizi Congressuali (Congressional Services Quality Standard), which the operators of the Province of Rimini and State of San Marino confirm to.

The CBRR is the first Italian organization to have created a project of this importance and in May 2003 it won a quality award: the Award of Sfide-Buona Amministrazione, given during the Forum P.A. in Rome.

In 2007 CBRR won with Rimini per i Congressi the Italia For Events prize in the Sinergies section for its activity in the promotion of the destination, involving more than a hundred local companies in favour of the quality standards.

Moreover, in 2007 a new updated version of the quality standards handbook was published.
