4 - RICCIONE – Capital of “Spaghetti alla Carbonara”
 
Carbonara was invented in Riccione on the 21th of september 1944 by Renato Gualandi, in one of the hotel run by our family on the occasion of VIII Anglo American Gala Dinner with Montgomery, Alexander, Lees and Clark.
