CBRR at the Ambassadors side

Ambassadors wishing to bring a major event to the Rimini Riviera are not alone. From the very moment the idea of proposing our area as a destination for a convention or a conference occurs to them, they can turn to the Convention Bureau.

CBRR (in the photo) guarantees them concrete support and provides the promotion and communication tools they will require to promote the destination.

Then, together, Ambassador and CBRR assess the possibilities and the steps to be taken to achieve their goal.

Absolutely free of charge, Convention Bureau della Riviera di Rimini provides the Ambassador with assistance with all the promotional and organizational procedures required to stage their event, be it associative or corporate:
 

• preparing the bid to be presented to the association’s national and international bodies
• defining the necessary services
• picking the most suitable suppliers
• planning the budget
• looking for sponsors and sources of financing
• involving the local institutions
• organizing assistance during both planning and implementation
  
   

COL: local organizing committee

                               
A local organizing commitee has been set up to support the work involved in the acquisition of national and international conference/convention contracts, a guarantee of the support on behalf of the local institutions towards your event!

Coordinated by CBRR, the following bodies have joined the COL:
Province of Rimini - Rimini Chamber of Commerce - Rimini Fiera Spa and the town concils of Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica e Bellaria Igea Marina.
